Costliest retail market rentals
Did you think that the rentals of commercial places in Mumbai were the highest in the country?? Think twice!! Delhi boasts of the top four most expensive retail markets by rental value.Khan market at a rental of 950 per sq ft tops the list followed by Connaught Place, South Extension and Greater Kailash. These are followed by Mumbai’s Linking Road, Kemp’s Corner and Colaba Causeway. These are statistics from Cushman and Wakefield, a top real estate consulting agency.
Khan’s market has in fact jumped several places and now stands as the 16th most expensive shopping location in the world.
