BREAD SLICES : 4 ( CUT EACH SLICE INTO 4 PIECES)
MILK : 400 ml
GHEE : FOR FRYING
SUGAR : 100 gms
SAFFRON : ONE PINCH
PISTA NUTS : ONE SMALL CUP
Lit the stove and place a pan and pour ghee. When it gets heated up fry the bread slices to golden brown colour and keep them aside. Add sugar and saffron to the milk and boil thoroughly . When this becomes almost a paste remove it from stove and allow it cool down . Now arrange the slices in a plate and spread a few pista nuts on them and pour the thickend milk (which is almost like a puree or paste ) on slices and upon them add the remaining pista nuts.
