ONION & MINT ROTI

FOR 6 ROTI”S

INGREDIENTS :

-2 CUPS OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOR
-11/2 CUPS OF FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
1/4 CUP OF FINELY CHOPPED MINT LEAVES
1/1/2 TBSP OF GHEE

METHOD :

MAKE A STIFF DOUGH BY MIXING ALL THE INGREDIENTS . THE DOUGH SHOULD BE MADE WITH WARM WATER . KEEP THE DOUGH AS IT IS FOR 15 MINUTES THAN DIVIDE IT INTO 6 EQUAL PORTIONS & THAN ROLL OUT EACH INTO MEDIUM SIZED ROTI & THAN ON HEATED TAVA COOK EACH ROTI BY APPLYING LITTLE GHEE ON EACH SIDE & WHEN THE ROTI TURNS SLIGHTLY BROWN REMOVE IT FROM THE FLAME . THE ROTI IS NOW READY TO BE RELSIHED WIH CURDS , DAL , RAITA AUR RAJMA
