FOR 6 ROTI”S

INGREDIENTS :-

2 CUPS OF BAJRA AATA
3/4 CUP OF BOILED MASHED POTATOES
1 GRATED CHILLI
1TSP GARAM MASALA
1 TSP MANGO POWSER
2 TBSP GHEE FOR COOKING
1/2 TBSP GHEE FOR MAKING DOUGH
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE

METHOD :-

MAKE A SOFT DOUGH WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS . MAKE SURE THAT YOU MAKE DOUGH WITH HOT WATER. KEEP THE DOUGH ASIDE FOR 15 MINUTES. THAN DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 6 EQUAL PORTIONS & ROLL OUT EACH PORTION INTO MEDIUM SIZED ROTI . HEAT THE TAVA GREECE IT LIGHTLY WITH GHEE & THAN COOK THE ROTI BY APPLYING GHEE ON EACH SIDE OF IT. WHEN THE ROTI TURNS SLIGHTLY BROWN REMOVE IT FROM FLAME & SERVE HOT WITH MIRCHI PICKLE OR CURD
