Is Dieting solution To Reduce weight?
I am strong believer that By dieting you become weak not thin. In the Army there is a saying ” Eat like a PIG and work like a Bull”. So one should dedicate time for work out and burn calories. Well Friends dieting is not fun, its mental agony and if you want to loose weight by going thro this painful process u dont get strong you get weak. Build up your muscles and work out and see the fun in it. U might think you dont have time, well no body has got time one should create it and if you have the will you will get it.
If you cant spend time in working out in a gym you can follows small tips like:-
(a) Use Stair case instead of lift as far as possible
(b) Walk to the market instead of using your veh
(c) Use a bicycle instead of a bike
(d) Cultivate playing games Squash, Badminton, Tennis etc.
(e) Go for a morning walk or evening walk or bed time walk as per u r convenience
