Remember not to forget
I forgot ur name , I do not remember exactly, I was knowing but i forgot it, I forgot my keys, I forgot to do this , I forgot to do that.
These are some common statements used by us. Why this thing happens to many of us?
There is no perfect reason for this. Some says coz of tension of other thing, lack of exercise and meditation,etc.
What to do to improve this and to “REMEMBER NOT TO FORGET” ?
Try to meditate daily. Play memory games and games like sudoku.
As stress impedes memory, relaxation exercises should be done regularly to improve mental focus. After knowing the weak point try to improve that with proper cure.
