At times our mind needs a rest to evaluate the thoughts and situations of the past and we love to be silent. It does not mean that our mind will be out of thoughts or feelings. But it is the time we are devoting to our past in order to give a wise thought for the future.
May be to the others it seems that we are without any thoughts or feelings. But it is not like that it is the mind which sets to a certain situation and wants to learn from the past and thus needs a rest.
Silence works as a medicine to our mind as it gives tremendous relief to the unwanted thoughts coming into our mind due to any of the reasons. Better to ignore them for the time being and evaluate your GOOD SELF for the time being by being silent.
One does not need to think or ignore anyone else once the LIGHT OF SELF REALISATION LIGHTS WITHIN YOU …AND THE WAY IN WHICH WE CAN ACCOUNT FOR OUR SELF IS SILENCE…..
