Lalu Prasad felt bad about food served to him during train travel. 'Feeling bad' is a soft term. He became very angry. As he is Railway Minister, his anger resulted in suspension of few railway employees. He also took some decisions on the spot. Only branded food will be served now. Media also reported it.

We have seen many peoples goes to doctor for acidity. Most of the doctors takes it lightly advice to cut out pungent food and writes down a few medicines one of them invariably will be an antacid. One take it for few days fine ok then stop taking it. After a few weeks again the problem slowly begins again. What to do search for the old prescription and the whole episode is renewed including the recurring symptoms after some relief. If not getting cure and getting up the same problems again and again, the step would be change the doctor. So new doctor means new prescription and new medicine.

2 TSP OF GINGER PASTE
2 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
1 TBSP OF GHEE
2 TSP HALDI POWDER
2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
2 TSP JEERA
1 TSP RED CHILI POWDER
1 BIG CARDAMOM
2 CLOVES
4 BLACK PEPPER

METHOD :-

1 ) BOIL PEAS AND KEEP IT ASIDE.

2 ) CLEAN SPINACH , WASH IT & GRIND IN MIXER ALONG WITH TOMATOES , MALAI & GREEN CHILIES TO A SMOOTH PASTE
