God and Soul and sufferings

There are two main differences that stand out
1) God and Soul being separate although both divine.

No one denies that God and Soul are different entities. It is the fact that GOD is omnipresent and therefore God occupies place within Soul as well. He occupies place in each and every particle of this universe. For example Bulb throws light when electricity passes through it. Bulb and electricity are still different from each other. Similarly God is cause of life in Soul yet Soul is different entity from God.
2) At what level, do I choose to address suffering?
You can address sufferings of others only after you have acquired infinite happiness. Now that you have got power to know about others mind, desires, exact nature of problems, infinite past, you are in a position to bring relief to others.

Welcome ! In real terms, no! Sufferings has to be addressed at the root cause. Otherwise they resurface. Therefore, the best social service is to propagate the divine name of God. All other social services can accompany with it. But, social service without focus the root cause might sometimes worsen the situation.
