FOR 6 ROTIS

INGREDIENTS :-

2 CUPS OF WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 CUP OF BOILED PEAS
1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
2 TBSP OF GHEE FOR COOKING
1/2 TBSP OF GHEE FOR THE MAKING THE DOUGH
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE

METHOD :-

BOIL THE PEAS & THAN GRIND IT IN MIXER ALONG WITH GREEN CHILLI THAN MIX THE PEAS PASTE WITH WHEAT FLOUR . ADD SALT TO IT & PREPARE A SMOOTH DOUGH WITH THE INGREDIENTS . THAN DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 6 EQUAL PORTIONS & ROLL OUT EACH PORTION INTO MEDIUM SIZED ROTI . HEAT THE TAVA GREECE IT LIGHTLY WITH GHEE & THAN COOK THE ROTI BY APPLYING GHEE ON EACH SIDE OF IT. WHEN THE ROTI TURNS SLIGHTLY BROWN REMOVE IT FROM FLAME & SERVE HOT WITH MIRCHI PICKLE OR CURD OR WITH CORRIANDER CHUTNEY
