Everyone know about the health hazards of the smoking as I have also given the details of it with the figures in my previous blogs. Cigarretes are literally the "Killers that travel in the pack".

Union Health Minister , Anbumani Ramadoss is planning some new tevhniques to help in reducing the amount of smoking in the country wherein not only the smoker will be fined but the institutions and the building owner will also b fined.

He plans to amend Tobacco Prevention and control act to increase the penalty for the smoking in the public places by 5 times the individual i.e from 200Rs to 1000Rs

Now the institution also has to pay Rs 5000 per person if the individual is found to be smioking in its premises.

Lets wait and watch to see how well it is implemented.
