Making the perfect Masala Chai 2

I am sure every body of you have tasted or atleast heard about “Masala Chai” – Masala Tea. It is indeed very good for health if you have atleast once a day (preferrably morning). Since I know the recipe & well which has benefitted me in my good health, I would love to share the recipe with you all. It is very very easy to prepare.

(Below recipe is for one cup of Tea)
Ingredients: Ginger, Pepper, Cardamom, Tulsi Leaves.

First, take 1 & a half cups of water (use the same cup in which you drink for perfect measurement purpose). Add 1 Spoon of sugar or as required by you )depending on how much sugar you like). Add a small bit or a pinch of mashed ginger, a pinch of pepper powder, pinch of cardamom powder & 3 to 4 leaves of Tulsi. Now bring it to boil & once it starts boiling, add 1 & a half spoons of Tea Powder & lower the flame to simmer & add 1 cup of milk & let it be on low flame for a minute.

Now turn off the gas & close a lid. Allow it for 2 minutes & filter the tea into a cup & enjoy the masala chai.

Having it once everyday will keep you away from cold, cough, dust allergy, headache & even constipation.
