Pritam music inspired from Indonesian rock music

In Bollywood, the news of plagiarism and lifting music and story is common but when it correlates to some noted celebrity, then it creates some buzz. I was shocked when I heard Indonesian singer Angunn’s hit French number that was strikingly similar to his recent hit song “Yeh Ishq Hai” from the film JAB WE MET. The signature tunes were very much similar and the song can be presumed to be lifted from it. Earlier Pritam lifted the famous hit track from another Indonesian rock band PETERPAN in composing for his another super hit number “Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai” from the film WOH LAMHE. After western music, the trend seems to be changing for Asian music and it clearly shows in today’s films.
