DID YOU HAD A GOOD SLEEP? 4

During winter, it is difficult to keep aside our blanket and step down our bed. We get little bit lazy during the months of winter. It is natural. Most of us are habituated to the comfort of bed. Unless we have some emergency, we do not like to step out of the warm hug of the soft blanket.

This is not much important how long we are on the bed. But what is most important is how much sleep we had at the night. As the winter is irritating to some of us, it is pleasant for most others. We get to WEAR a lots of fashionable dressing during the entire season.

Summer is irritating. If we work out a little, we sweat profusely. We loose our make ups, dirty our cloths from the atmospheric dust, and the heat around us is too unbearable whether we are inside our house, we are sleeping or we are working at the office. We prefer to postpond our outings and programs we plan to stick to.

Anyway, seasons are there to come and go. Every year will bring all the seasons with its specificity and will pass away. In a hindi song I still remember to hear to state LOVE to be a season which comes only once in lifetime. I am lucky to get it never and still awaiting the seasons entry into my life.

Oh, I was talking something about sleeping. Do you heard anyone saying that sleeping is his or her hobby. I had met with a man of 18 who says he likes sleeping. I mean to say that sleeping is his hobby. He can sleep the entire day long. But he is a good badminton player and maintains really a great body compared to mine.

A normal person requires 6 to 7 hours sleep a day. It is said to be enough. But childrens needs more sleep. Sleep induces growth hormone and a person with a sound sleep is believed to be having a healthy body too.

SO FRIENDS, IT IS NOT IMPORTANT HOW MUCH YOU SLEEP BUT WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS THAT HOW WELL YOU SLEEP.
