ARE YOU AN INDIAN ??? 1

ARE YOU AN INDIAN?

If someone ask you who you are, what is your first reply? Do you say your name and the village or township where you were born or brought up? Or you say the name of the state if you are out of your home state? Or you just say your name supported by your fathers or mothers description? Or you just say your name and nothing? Or you just say your name and the school / college where you are currently studying? Or you say your name or portfolio with the Company or Office you are working in?

It is true, we never say our name with the name of our Nation unless we are abroad or we are in a chatroom where most of the chatting personals are non-Indians or foreigners. It is difficult because all of us in India are Indians. So we have to introduce ourselves with our place of birth, place of domicile, place of work, place of study, etc.

But we are Indians.

If there is a quarrel between two person and we get to be the third party witnessing them, we are supporting the one who happen to be closely related to us by one or other way. I mean to say, the one who is from our state, the one who is known to me, the one who is in the same school as I am in, the one who is in the same office I am working in, and if not the one who is from the state whose culture resembles that of ours, etc. etc. We can’t think that the two person who are fighting are Indians. I don’t know about each and every individual but majority are doing the same way. You just seek for the example. We try to look fault in the person whom we persieve to be foreign.

Anyway, I am not talking about all this just to say that though we are different in location, religion, caste, color, sex, age, etc. etc. we are Indians. But what I want to convey you all is that,

I KNOW I AM INDIAN. BUT DO I KNOW ALL OTHERS WHO ARE BORN AND BROUGHT UP IN INDIA ARE ALSO INDIANS?

SO I APPEAL EVERY INDIAN TO RECOGNIZE EACH AND EVERY INDIAN AS INDIAN. THAN WE CAN LIVE IN PEACE AND HARMONY.
